As a Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner, I work as a guide to teach you how to use food as medicine, along with lifestyle practices that are a necessary part of whole health.

This program is for those who have ‘tried everything’. It is for those who are tired of yo-yo dieting and don’t know where to turn for better health. We can’t always depend on our doctors, who have very little time to devote to us, and frankly don’t always have all the answers we need.

In the Mastering Your Metabolism Program, you will learn diet and lifestyle practices that will keep you healthy for the rest of your life. We begin and end with actionable steps that help you move forward with almost immediate results. Once you complete the program, you will have foundational knowledge of how to stay healthy for years to come.

The program is also adapted for vegetarians and vegans.

Mastering Your Metabolism is not recommended for you, if...


  • You are younger than 18 years old
  • You are affected by alcohol (metabolic support spray contains alcohol)
  • You have active cancer
  • You are pregnant or lactating
  • You have gout
  • Women (and men!) with the following conditions can be on this diet, but should work with a primary care provider (PCP) - especially those with diabetes, due to risk of hypoglycemia: Diabetics + type 2 diabetics on medication
  • Persons with severe liver or kidney disease

Reset FAQ


What will I eat? The Reset program focuses on eating whole foods only. This includes a protein and lots of vegetables. Recipes are provided, and easy to cook. Planning ahead is essential. Certain veggies are allowed as snack foods. You will be drinking plenty of water to allow for proper cellular hydration, detoxification and satiety.

Why no vigorous exercise? Hard, strenuous exercise can cause inflammation, and this program is all about reducing inflammation. Gentle stretching, yoga and walking are fine.

Why intermittent fasting? A narrowed eating window is a powerful tool in helping our gut health (the gut is our foundation of health), reducing dangerous inflammation, detoxification and more.

How will I feel?You may feel worse before you feel better. This is due to the detoxification effects, but is temporary. Stick with it to feel the amazing benefits!

What are lifestyle factors and how do they influence our health?

Lifestyle factors are things like sleep, what we eat and when, exercise and movement, hydration, sun exposure, community/friend involvement are just a few. These lifestyle components all matter. They affect our hormones in positive or negative ways, and can cause downstream effects that include weight gain, depression/anxiety, hormone imbalance, and more. You will learn how to introduce new lifestyle habits and why.
